Vegas Display is the manufacturer of Snap Panel Displays. We have been renting our patented and proven slatwall exhibit system for Las Vegas conventions and trade shows for over 15 years. The display walls are made from 2’x2’ and 1’x2’ sturdy ABS plastic panels. Each 2’x2’ panel has six slats to accommodate slatwall hooks, shelves, and other fixtures. The panels modularly connect allowing us to build many slatwall designs. When properly built, our displays are a perfect solution for displaying products. Our slatwall rental displays are very sturdy when properly designed and assembled. Rest assured; we have never had a display collapse during a trade show. While our walls are very strong, there are some products not suitable for our Snap Panel Displays, for example, heavy automotive parts or car wheels, stone or masonry items, heavy apparel, large kitchen appliances, etc. Please ask is if you are unsure if your products are suitable for our Snap Panel Displays.

Rental prices are for the duration of one event, not to exceed seven days. Longer rentals are available – please call for details. Our prices are listed on our website, including display accessories like carpet, counters, chairs, slatwall hooks, shelves, and other exhibit accessories. Custom rental display designs are priced individually and are more costly than our standard rental designs.
Click on the order form link. An order form will appear. Complete the order form with your payment info. The order form will be sent to our office. We will review your order and contact you for any additional information, process your payment and confirm your order via email. If you need a custom display design, contact us and we will work with you to create a design that meets your needs. We will prepare and invoice and email it to you.
You should place order at least a month before the set-up date to be sure we have the rental equipment available that you need. Orders within 14 days of the set-up date will incur a 20% later order charge.
We set up displays on a first come first serve basis. Place your order early. We always try our best to have your display installed so you have plenty of time to merchandise your display and finish your booth set up. Expect delays if you place a late order.
Material Handling is the fee charged by the event’s general service contractor (Freeman, GES, Fern, etc.) to deliver exhibit materials from the advance warehouse or exhibit hall loading dock to and from your booth. The exhibitor is responsible for all material handling charges by the GSC. The exhibitor must have a credit card on file with the GSC at least seven days prior to the set-up date. Material handling rates vary per, check the exhibitor manual for rates and details.
The exhibitor is also responsible to order carpet (if not ordered from Vegas Display) and electrical service if power is required for display lights, etc.

Yes, you can purchase a Snap Panel Display prior to a show. We can have it delivered to a Las Vegas trade show or ship it to you. You are responsible for any setup and breakdown labor and shipping after the show. We will not discount a display you rented if you decide to purchase it after the show.
